1. Our commitment
Fertility Minds is a wellness and community platform for people navigating fertility. All content on the Service — whether editorial or user-generated — must meet the standards set out in this policy. Our goal is a space that is safe, accurate, supportive and free from harm.
2. Editorial content
All articles, videos, audio tools and guided sessions published by Fertility Minds are reviewed before publication by qualified fertility specialists, including psychologists, yoga therapists and clinicians. We do not publish content that:
- Makes unsubstantiated medical claims
- Promotes unverified treatments, supplements or products
- Could mislead users about their fertility options or outcomes
- Is sponsored or commercially influenced without clear disclosure
If you believe any piece of editorial content is inaccurate or misleading, please contact us at hello@fertilityminds.com and we will review it within 5 business days.
3. User-generated content
Content posted by members — including community posts, comments and messages — is subject to our Community Guidelines. Key standards include:
- No medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations
- No harassment, hate speech or discriminatory content
- No spam, promotional material or unsolicited commercial messages
- No content that could endanger the safety or wellbeing of any member
Users may flag content that breaches these standards using the in-app report function, or by emailing hello@fertilityminds.com.
4. Moderation
Our community team actively moderates the platform using a combination of automated tools and human review. We aim to act on safety-related reports within 24 hours and all other reports within 2 business days. Moderation decisions are final but subject to appeal — see our Community Guidelines for the appeals process.
5. Content removal
We may remove content — with or without prior notice — that breaches this policy, our Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. Where content is removed, we will notify the author where it is safe and practical to do so. Serious or repeated breaches may result in account suspension or termination.
