About us

A safe space, built with care.

Fertility Minds began with a simple observation: the medical side of fertility gets attention, but the emotional weight is often carried alone.

From the founder

Hi, I’m Alicia, founder of Fertility Minds.

My fertility journey lasted nearly ten years. It was a path filled with hope, heartbreak, uncertainty, and resilience. After struggling to conceive for three years, my husband and I turned to IVF, which led to the birth of our first son. When he was nearly two years old, we were overjoyed to fall pregnant naturally, but sadly, that pregnancy ended in miscarriage.

Determined to grow our family, we returned to IVF. The journey was far from straightforward, with several failed cycles before we finally received the news we had been longing for. That treatment resulted in our beautiful twins.

Having experienced infertility, miscarriage, IVF, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with trying to build a family, I know first-hand how overwhelming and lonely the journey can feel. There were many times when I wished I had more support, guidance, and a community of people who truly understood what I was going through.

That experience inspired me to create Fertility Minds.

Fertility Minds was built to be a safe, supportive space for anyone navigating fertility challenges. My mission is to help people feel less alone, more informed, and empowered throughout their journey to parenthood. Whether you’re just starting out, undergoing treatment, coping with loss, or looking for a community that understands, Fertility Minds is here to support you every step of the way.

Because no one should have to face their fertility journey alone.

Our mission

To make expert-led emotional and wellness support accessible to everyone navigating fertility — at any stage, in any chapter, on any journey.

We believe nobody should feel alone in the waiting, the wondering, or the grieving. Fertility Minds combines evidence-based wellness tools, peer community, and content reviewed by fertility specialists into one calm, private app.

Why we built it

One in six couples worldwide experience fertility challenges, and the emotional impact is significant — yet support is fragmented, generic or hidden behind clinical paywalls. We saw the gap and built Fertility Minds to fill it: a place that respects your privacy, meets you where you are, and doesn't pretend the journey is linear.

Who Fertility Minds is for

  • People trying to conceive — at any age, in any way
  • Anyone in active fertility treatment, including IVF and IUI
  • Partners supporting a loved one through their journey
  • Those coping with loss, failed cycles, or unexplained infertility
  • People exploring surrogacy, adoption or alternative paths to parenthood

How we work

Every piece of content on Fertility Minds is reviewed by qualified fertility specialists — psychologists, nutritionists, yoga therapists and clinicians. Our community is actively moderated. Our app is GDPR-compliant and built with privacy as a first principle, not an afterthought.

Where we are

Fertility Minds is built and operated from the United Kingdom. We're a small, independent team — designers, developers, clinicians and people with lived experience of the fertility journey.

A note on what we are. Fertility Minds is a wellness and community app. We are not a medical service, and our content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have medical questions about your fertility, please speak to your GP or fertility clinic.
